SHIPPING POLICY All items will ship within 10 business days of receipt of order, except specialty embroidered items which require 14 days. Items will be shipped by ground transportation, unless otherwise requested. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, the majority of our items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our items CANNOT be shipped to a P.O. Box. RETURN POLICY Product must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and must be in original condition and in original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for all freight charges incurred. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund. Any items ordered with Next Day Shipping are not covered under our Order Cancellation Policy.
